Two small die gouges in the first 0 of the date. A die crack on the forehead over the eye. Die crack through U in TRUS. Die crack on cheek.
Reverse
A small die chip in the E of CENT. What appear to be minor trails can be seen on some of the letters of UNITED STATES, but especially on the two Ts of STATES. Die crack in hair. Die crack from O in ONE. Die cracks on N in ONE. Obverse is MDS.
