No varieties are known for this year's proofs, but a proliferate number of doubled dies in the business strike cents makes one wonder if the proof doubled dies just haven't been discovered. Higher likelihood that they would be on the reverse. obverse - No obverse varieties known for this year's proofs reverse - No doubled die reverses have been reported to date, but since this year sports some nice doubled die reverse business strike cents (see 'Pocket Change') there's at least some possibility that a proof doubled die reverse could exist.

Wexler: WRPM-002 FS#: unknown A close but very strong southwest punching shows along the outside edge of the west and south portions of the primary mintmark. In mid to late die state the reverse of this die was changed and is listed as 1938D-1DR-003.
