Obverse
A die dot to the right of the D in GOD. Die deterioration on the front of the jacket to the west of the mint mark. A die chip in the lower center of the B in LIBERTY.
Reverse
A die crack runs from the left wheat tip to the rim. A small die crack can be found in the wheat grains of the left wheat ear.
