Light N-S die scratches between the 1 and 9 of the date. A short heavy die scratch runs NW from the R in LIBERTY. Concentric die scratches under the bust.
Reverse
A heavier E-W die scratch through the upper 9th and 10th memorial bays. E-W die scratches above and to the right of the right roof line. Die scratches between the N and T of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
