SE die scratch from lower R in LIBERTY to shoulder. SE die scratches through WE TRUST. NE die scratch from hair toward U in TRUST. Reverse is MDS
Reverse
NE die scratch through E in STATES to rim. ESE die scratch from right cornice through C in AMERICA. E/W die scratches through CE in CENT. SE die scratch in middle of bay 1.
LDS markers
Obverse
A light die scratch runs E-W through the hair above the ear. An old die gouge shows in the field just to the right of the beard
Reverse
A round die chip shows on the extreme lower T of CENT. A strong die crack runs from the right cornice NE to the field. A die crack runs the length of the lower memorial base with die cracks protruding from both tips. Reverse is MDS
