NW-SE die scratches in front of the face. N-S die scratches through the RTY of LIBERTY. A die crack shows in the hair.
Reverse
Die scratch runs N from the bottom of the E of STATES. Small but strong die scratch inside the A of STATES. Large die chip at right cornice. Die chips and a crack on column 12. Reverse is MDS.
