Numerous NW die scratches from the 19 of the date toward the bust. N-S die scratches through LIBERTY. NE die crack shows on the shoulder from the base toward the collar. Die crack in the hair behind the forehead.

Die gouge shows in the upper E of STATES. Die crack on right cornice and column 12. Die crack shows on the right lower base edge. Reverse is LMDS.
