A coin with moderate wear. Most details, except those on higher points, will show all major detail.
obverse - All major details will be visible in the coat, hair. Some ear detail will show. Cheek and jaw worn nearly flat. All lettering will be clear and distinct.
reverse - Nearly two thirds of the wheat line detail will be visible, but may lack clear distinction. Most of the wheat grain detail is visible. Memorial cents are rarely seen in this condition - They would show a lack of step detail, flatteining in the columns and cornice, and the bushes may not be completely distinct.
