Multiple generally NNW die scratches through 19 in date. Heavy N/S die scratch from between ER in LIBERTY heading toward rim. Heavy slightly curve die gouge behind hair. SSE die scratches in front of forehead. Reverse is EDS

SE die scratch from M in UNUM to dot. SE die scratch from E to S in STATES. Two die dots in upper N in CENT. Small die gouge inside O in ONE. New reverse die from previous die states.
