N-S die scratches show scattered throughout the obverse, see photos for exact configuration. Reverse is MDS
Reverse
Heavy die clash shows as a raised area running through STATES. WNW-ESE die scratches show behind the Lincoln statue in the center of the memorial. E/W die scratches through EPU. E/W die scratches under base above CENT.
MDS markers
Obverse
Small but heavy die dot shows beneath the 6 of the date. The N-S die scratches on the left side of the design are replaced with NE-SW die scratches. Heavier die scratches show beneath GOD. A die break shows in the upper E of LIBERTY. A small die crack shows n the hair.
Reverse
E-W die scratches are visible in the upper half of the design. Concentric die scratches show through ONE CENT. Reverse is LMDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
Small but heavy die dot shows beneath the 6 of the date. Die crack on shoulder. NE-SW die scratches are worn. A die break shows in the upper B and the upper E of LIBERTY. A large die crack shows in the hair and forehead. Reverse is LDS.
Reverse
Die clash through STATES. E/W die scratches from E to N in CENT. Die gouge from middle leg of E in ONE. Die break in O of ONE.

Small date. A rotated secondary mintmark shows as a nicely spread upper serif and a very minor separation on the lower serif only visible in early die state.
