- Pending PayPal approvals cannot grant paid access even if a period end date was stored.
- False paid flags from unfinished PayPal attempts were cleared; finish PayPal approval or pay by card to become paid.
Pay with card / PayPal are normal links so checkout actually opens.
- Membership pay buttons are links (not forms), so browsers that were silently blocking checkout posts now open Stripe or PayPal.
- Card and PayPal checkout both accept GET or POST.

Membership checkout works without email verification, and pay buttons are clearer.

Design types hub can show an overview for all obverses and all reverses.
- Staff can write optional intro paragraphs for Obverse design types and Reverse design types; they appear at the top of each section on the public hub.
Watermark upload is a simple Upload watermark button.
- Staff watermark changes are a separate Upload watermark form (not tied to Save user). Same for every staff account.
Admin watermark replace uses its own Replace watermark button.
- On Edit user, watermark upload is a separate Replace watermark action (not part of Save), so owner and admin accounts update the same way.
Owner can replace their own marker watermark like any other staff account.
- Admin user edit no longer skips watermark handling for the owner account; staff can replace watermarks for owner and admin the same way.
Marker watermark replace on Profile is a dedicated upload button.
- Staff replace their watermark with Replace watermark on Profile (separate from Save profile), and the server overwrites the old file immediately.
Staff can replace their own marker watermark from Profile.
- On Profile, staff can upload a new watermark PNG; the previous file is removed automatically with no extra confirmation step.
Design type pages load much faster.
- Design type details no longer load a full die catalog list on the page; use Open in Die Search when you need tagged dies.
Design type detail images show two across at 500px.
- Detail images on a design type page are up to 500px wide, two per row on desktop, and stack full-width on phones.
Design types hub copy no longer mentions individual dies.
- The Design types intro now points to identification notes, plate photos, and year scopes instead of catalogued dies.
Design types can have additional detail photos.
- Staff can attach optional detail images (with captions) on a design type; they appear on the public details page and open in a full-size viewer with previous/next.
Larger design-type year chips and click-to-enlarge photos.
- Design type year badges are about 25% larger with white label text, and the reference photo opens full size in a modal when clicked.

Staff email when My Coppercoins collections hit scale thresholds.
- A daily check watches collection sizes and emails staff once when MYC scale work (sets loading, reports/export, indexes) should be discussed.
Admin CMS for Lincoln cent mintage figures.
- Catalog → Mintages lets staff add, edit, and delete year/mint production figures used by the public Mintage Chart and Date Guide.
Mintage rank-by-type uses six Lincoln pools.
- Rank by type now groups Wheat (1909–1958), Memorial (1959–2008), and Ultra modern (2009–2025), each split into mint state and proof.

- Guides → Mintage Chart lists every date and mint with mintage and rank by type, and each column sorts with a click.
Admin CMS sessions stay alive during long Date Guide edits.
- Staff sessions now last three hours, and open admin tabs quietly refresh the session so a writing break does not end in 419 Page Expired.
- Date Guide CMS also keeps a browser draft of the cents article so you can restore work if a save is interrupted.
Authenticity CMS form stays editable after saving the article.
- The rich-text toolbar no longer sticks over the rest of the package form, and cover-crop dimming stays clipped to the cover image.
Authenticity CMS Save package button works again.
- Die-pair Delete controls no longer break the package form, so Save package submits correctly.
Date Guide mint-column extras keep full image height.
- Extra images under mint cards are no longer resized down on upload, so tall images keep their full height.
Date Guide chapters are accordion sections again.
- On the Date Guide hub, each era (Early Years, Short Set, and so on) starts closed so you can open just the section you want instead of scrolling through every year brick.
Light/dark mode choice sticks when you change pages.
- Your selected theme is kept in the browser and synced to your account, so navigating no longer snaps back to an older dark/light setting.
Public Date Guide has a Jump to year control.
- On the Date Guide hub, choose a year from Jump to year to open that year’s page.
Date Guide CMS list can jump straight to a year.
- The admin Date Guide year list has a Jump to year select at the top.
Roll clusters can be browsed grouped by die.
- Catalog → Roll clusters has a “View by die” list so staff can spot dies that appear in more than one roll cluster.

- The Roll clusters admin table includes Year and Mint columns, and hovering the die count shows the die numbers in that cluster.
Roll-find companions sit in their own die-page section.
- “Found together in original rolls” now appears below the value guide with room for a full row of linked die numbers.

- Catalog → Roll clusters CMS lets staff record dies found together in a roll (including Roll Reveal openings).

Date Guide mint column can include optional extra images.
- In Date Guide CMS, add optional extras under the Cotgreave mint cards with drag-and-drop upload, column-width resize, and captions.
Date Guide floated cents images are slightly narrower.
- Floated images in the year cents writeup max out at 375px instead of 420px.
Light-mode nav uses a soft beige edge fade.
- In light mode, the main nav band stays white in the center and fades to a light beige at the edges.

- The CopperCoins header nav row uses a very light center-to-edge gradient behind the menu links.

- On a package edit screen, each saved die pair has its own Delete control.
Main nav highlights only the current page in white.
- Main menu and the MyCoppercoins/Community catalog strip use copper/orange for inactive items; the current section is white in dark mode (dark text in light mode).
Key-date authenticity packages seeded from the die-diagnostics book.
- 1909-S VDB, 1909-S, 1914-D, 1924-D, and 1931-S packages now include die-pair diagnostics, checklists, and plate photos from Chuck’s Keys to the Lincoln study (still unpublished for review).
Authenticity CMS edits one die pair at a time with a sticky save bar.

- Help text explains that a “route name†is only an internal page code you normally never type.
MyCoppercoins and Community strips again link to the other sub-area.
- The top CopperCoins strip shows Community while you are in MyCoppercoins, and MyCoppercoins while you are in Community.
Main menu CMS includes staff training help.
- Admin → Site → Main menu explains links, submenu groups, fields, and common editing tasks in plain English.

MyCoppercoins and Community show a compact CopperCoins logo and main nav at the top.
- The dark switcher strip above MyCoppercoins and Community is replaced by a smaller CopperCoins logo plus main site links.
- The strip uses the same white header background as the main CopperCoins site and lines up with the page content width.
Credits page: personal thank-yous plus an automatic coin-contributor directory.

- Change email safely: a new address is not applied until you confirm from a link sent to that inbox; your current email stays active until then, and you can cancel a pending change.
- Card membership billing: subscribe or manage billing through Stripe Checkout and the billing portal; subscription status stays in sync via signed Stripe webhooks.
Mobile coins list shows full die numbers.
- Die column on phones no longer truncates — the full die number is always visible.
