This design marks a fourth one-year design type for the obverse. When compared directly next to the design of 1918 (ODT05) this obverse shows a distinctly softer angle change to the diagonal line running down the upper shirt. It can only be summized that the four designs are the result of changing the master die annually for a period of time with each successive design not faithfully matching the previous ones.
