The shape of the first two digits of the date is the tell that this is a different design type. Again, this is a one-year type created by an awkwardly different shape to the nine digit in the year. Because the first two digits were in the galvano as a part of the master engraving, any changes in the shape of the 19 of the date constitutes a design change and not merely a modification or retooling.
