Straight, flat bottom to the G of GOD.
Arguably one of the smaller and lesser noted obverse changes involved a slight increase in relief and sharpness to a number of the smaller details of the obverse, two of which are readily noticeable on earlier die state examples.
The first of which involves a straighteneng of the upper right edge of the post of the T of LIBERTY. The second notable change was to the shape of the G of GOD. The letter transforms from having a sharp pointed lower serif to having a flat-bottom serif.
