Obverse: NW-SE die scratches through the 19 of the date. A stronger NW-SE die scratch runs into the field from between the T and R of TRUST. A short horizontal die scratch to the west of the first T in TRUST. A long die scratch runs parallel to the back of the head.
Reverse: Long N-S die scratches above the ES of STATES. Reverse is MDS.
