Reverse: Pair of heavy SE die gouges to the right of E in ONE. Pair of heavy die gouges intersect above N in CENT. N/S die scratches between C in CENT an N in UNITED. Heavy curved die scratch connect AT in STATES.

Obverse: A light die crack over VDB. (the example photographed also had a lamination error in this area). Concentric die scratches on the entire center portion of the die. Obverse is MDS.
