Obverse: Light E/W die scratches through date. E/W die scratch connects RU in TRUST. Concentric die scratches across temple, jaw and ear areas. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Pair of heavy SE die gouges to the right of E in ONE. Pair of heavy die gouges intersect above N in CENT. N/S die scratches between C in CENT an N in UNITED. Heavy curved die scratch connect AT in STATES.
