Obverse: A series of die scratches run south from the chin. Old N-S die scratches through TY of LIBERTY.

Reverse: An E-W die scratch below the memorial base and above the O of ONE. A die scratch runs SE from the S of PLURIBUS. A die gouge next to the E of ONE. Reverse is MDS.
