Obverse: N-S die scratches show on the throat above the bow tie. Long but very thin die scratches extend south from LIBERTY.

Reverse: Die scratches run generally E-W behind columns 4, 5, and 6, and behind Lincoln's statue. A die dot shows in the field below the center base (under the left planter). Die flow/damage marks show at the rim above the first half of STATES.
