Obverse: Parallel die scratches run NW-SE between the 1 and 9 of the date. A short, heavy E-W die scratch to the right of the Y in LIBERTY
Reverse: A die scratch runs through the center of the A of STATES. Short N-S die scratches in the first memorial bay. Reverse is MDS.
