Obverse: E-W die scratches through the date. A die crack shows on the shoulder.

Reverse: N-S die scratches through the right side of the reverse especially on top of the memorial. Abrasion has eroded away the top right roof edge. NE-SW die scratches in bays 4 and 5. Die scratches through ONE. Reverse is MDS.
