Obverse: N/S die scratches through LIBERTY. SE die scratches through 63 in date. N/S die scratches through 1 in date into SE die scratches. E/W die scratches from nose and mouth. Crossing die scratches from back of hair. Reverse is EDS
Reverse: Die dot next to upper loop on first S in STATES. Light E/W die scratches from motto towards AMERICA. Small die gouge SW of left base. E/W die scratches through ONE.
