A nice medium spread can be seen on all the reverse lettering. The obverse of this variety is a minor doubled die that shows as a small bar under the L of LIBERTY.

Obverse: A minor doubled die shows as a small bar under the L of LIBERTY. E-W die scratches behind the head and neck. A short die scratch protrudes from the upper 9 of the date. Obverse is MDS. A die scratch runs SE below the first S of STATES, while other E-W die scratches run through STATES.

Reverse: A series of stron die scratches run SE from the bottom of the IBUS of PLURIBUS. A die scratch runs SE below the first S of STATES, while other E-W die scratches run through STATES.
