Obverse: A number of E-W die scratches show in front of the face. Other E-W die scratches show in LIBERTY, with an especially strong scratch connecting the bottom of the T and Y.

Reverse: A heavy die gouge shows inside the R of AMERICA. N-S die scratches show on the left side of the design. Reverse is LMDS.
