Obverse: Strong die scratches form a veticle 'V' from the 1 of the date. Two heavy die scratches run south through the left upper Y of LIBERTY. Minor die scratches run through TRUST.

Reverse: A single short die scratch sits in the field above the right roof and below the M of AMERICA. A NW-SE die scratch from inside the C of CENT to the bottom left of the E in CENT. Reverse is MDS
