Obverse: Numerous die scratches through and below the date. Numerous die scratches run primarily NE-SW through the RTY of LIBERTY. Obverse is MDS.

Reverse: N-S die scratches in the first two memorial bays. A longer die scratch through the C of CENT. Die scratches run south from AME of AMERICA.
