Reverse: NW-SE sie scratches can be seen under the M and R of AMERICA. A short die scratch connects the inside of the first U, and the lower U and N of UNUM. An E-W die scratch shows below the memorial base and above the O of ONE. Reverse is EDS.

Obverse: A long die crack runs SW-NE through the head. A small die gouge shows to the left of the I of IN.
Reverse: A die break shows o the left base. Die cracs show on Columns 10, 11, and 12. A die gouge runs NW-SE between the S and T of STATES. Die cracks show at the top of the E and T of CENT. Reverse is LDS.
