Obverse: Numerous die scratches all over the obverse, especially in front of the forehead and through the LI of LIBERTY. A short NW-SE die scratch under the D of GOD.

Reverse: Numerous N-S die scratches all over the reverse with heavier scratches through the AM of AMERICA and under the right memorial base. Reverse is MDS.
