Light pivoted spread from around k12 shows as slight separation lines and notching in ERTY of LIBERTY and 198 of the date.

Obverse: There are numerous light diagonal NW-SE die scratches below the chin and traveling through the date, the clearest die scratches are above the 89 and inside the 3; a NE-SW die scratch can be seen inside the 9; numerous curving nearly parallel die scratches on the lower jacket detials; and diagonal, nearly vertical die scratches through much of IBERTY strongest being in front of the E and above the R.

Reverse: An apprent die crack from the lower left memorial to the rim. Plating blisters prevented the detection of further die markers.
