Somewhat similar to 1984P-1DO-007, this variety shows moderate extra thickness on the motto and LIBERTY. Light extra thickness can also be seen on the 84 of the date.

Obverse: A series of small die gouges at the chin.
Reverse: Short NW-SE die scratches at the top right memorial roof line. A die gouge in the field to the south of the first S of STATES. A die gouge to the east of the T of CENT. Reverse is EMDS.
