Obverse: A small die gouge on the jacket to the SW of the 19 of the date.

Reverse: A die crack from the left cornice through the E of UNITED. Numerous die scratches throughout the reverse including a stronger scratch in the upper 8th memorial bay and many scratches above and through ONE CENT. Reverse is LDS.
