Similar to 1990P-1DR-001, this variety has what appears as extra columns in memorial bays 9, 10, and 11. NOTE: The surface had many gas bubbles common for this date. A finer example may show more partial column remnants in the other memorial bays.

Reverse: A small die gouge to the east of the T of CENT.
