Similar to 1991P-1DR-001, this variety shows doubling of the columns in memorial bays 9, 10, and 11. Much lighter doubling shows in bays 2, 3, and 4.

Obverse: NE-SW die scratches protrude from the chin area. Small parallel die scratches in the tail of the second 9 of the date. Obverse is EDS.
Reverse: Small die gouges below the E of AMERICA, and above the T of CENT.
