Obverse: A shadow ripple shows in front of the face. A small die gouge in the field above the 4 of the date. Light NE-SW die scratches through the TRY of LIBERTY. Obverse is MDS.

Reverse: A die scratch from the E of UNITED to the left cornice. E-W die scratches throughout all the memorial bays. The example photographed had feeder finger damage to the top of the die.
