Obverse: A small die gouge shows between the 9 of the date and the mintmark. Obverse is MDS.

Reverse: Light E-W die scratches throughout the reverse. More prevalent scratches seen through the motto and the NT of CENT. A die chip on the lower column #10, and above the 3rd bush on the lower right memorial base.
