Obverse: Light die scratches in and on the ear. A long die scratch runs NE-SW through the Y and T of LIBERTY. Many other light die scratches around LIBERTY. Obverse is MDS.

Reverse: Old die striation marks between UNITED and the upper left memorial roof and cornice.
