A doubled column shows to the right of Lincoln's statue in the center of the memorial building. The doubling is stronger near the legs, but extends upward to the top of the column.

Obverse: A short die gouge or crack extends northward from the top of the head just beneath the W of WE. Die damage shows as pits just above the 7 of the date. Obverse is LMDS.

Reverse: Die damage shows as a pit just to the right of the first T of STATES. Die damage shows as a pit between the S of PLURIBUS and the first A of AMERICA.
