Obverse: Very light NW-SE die scratches behind the head and neck and through the tops of LIBERTY. Obverse is EDS.
Reverse: Small die gouges through the bottom of the F of OF. A small die gouge to the SW of the first A of AMERICA and another in the field to the east of the center of the 12th column.
