Minor notching visible on the southwest corners of the RTY of LIBERTY with an extra thick right upper portion of the Y in LIBERTY.

Obverse: Markers for this die state were difficult to find. What appears to be two die gouges show on the shoulder to the northwest of the VDB.

Reverse: A light E-W die scratch shows in the lower memorial bays 2-5. A light die crack on the left planter that runs north on to column 3. Reverse is MDS.
