Notching is present on the northwest corners of the letters of LIBERTY. Some extra thickness is also visible on the first 3 digits of the date. This die also exhibits 'trails' running SSW from LIBERTY. The trail die attribution number is 2006P-1DEO-008T.

Obverse: 'Trails' run SSE from LIBERTY. A different coin of the same die state was received and shows heavy die cracking on the head.

Reverse: A small die crack runs north from the left planter onto column 3. Light die scratches visible in the 7th memorial bay, and from the right memorial base to the rim. A new reverse die was added during this die state. Reverse is MDS.
