Obverse: A die gouge in the field to the north of the 6 in the date. A N-S die crack on the forehead above the eye brow. Obverse is MDS.
Reverse: A light die crack runs north from the left planter onto the 3rd column, A die light crack shows on the 12th column and runs to just below the right cornice.
