Obverse: A thin die crack runs along the bottom of the nose. A die dot shows just behind the lapel beneath the button hole. A die crack runs generally N-S through the forehead. Light die cracks are starting to develop on the top of the E of LIBERTY. A heavy die dot shows inside the 6 of the date. Obverse is LDS.

Reverse: A long die crack and die break show through and above column 2. Die damage shows touching the lower left part of the U of UNITED.
