Obverse: Old, light E-W die scratches show in the top area of the design around WE. Other die scratches run SW-NE through the lapel and coat.
Reverse: A die crack runs from the left planter urn up through column 4. Die scratches show in the bay immediately left of the urn. SW-NE die scratches show in the upper third of ther everse.
