Obverse: A heavy but short die gouge shows at the rim below and to the right of the designer's initials. A heavy die dot shows in the field below the T of LIBERTY. A long but thin die crack runs from the eyebrow north and west through the forehead. Obverse is LDS.
Reverse: A die crack runs north from column 4. Other die cracks show on columns 1 and 2.
