Obverse: Small die gouge in the field above the date. Heavy die cracks on the back of the head. A heavy die scratch through the top of the ear. A die clash shows below the ear lobe. Obverse is MDS.
Reverse: Light E-W die scratches through the memorial bays (most likely an attempt to polish away the die clash). S small die clash mark next to column 4. A strong die scratch through the motto.
