Obverse: A long die crack on the top of the head. Light die gouges protrude from the right side of the G in GOD. Small die gouge in inside loop of R in TRUST. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: A die crack on the top left of the shield. A die gouge (dot) between ME in AMERICA. Die depression under C in CENT.
