This interestingly shaped mint mark is distinguishable from all other Denver mint marks. Depending on the angle of the punch, this mint mark type appears to be pulled from the lower left corner like taffy. The vertical bar gets wider closer to the bottom of the punch. I say depending on the angle of the punch, if tilted toward the top when used, the punch has more or less an even appearance, but if it is pubched flat to the surface of the die, its taper is obvious.
