Light extra thickness shows on most outer devices. The attribution of this die is questionable. A better specimen is needed for study to determine whether the thickness on the coin examined is wear or hub doubling.
A very nicely hubbed and closely spread doubled eyelid shows to the southeast. This die has a possible repunched mintmark - a better specimen than the one examined would be required to determine whether the mintmark is actually doubled.
Very strong offset hub doubling to the southwest shows on all obverse devices including the date, LIBERTY, motto, ear, tie, outer coat and hair details. Old CPG #14.0
Strong offset, tilted hub doubling to the northeast shows on the date, coat, vest, tie and LIBERTY. The tilt was cocked toward the date. Minor CW pivoted hub doubling also shows in TRUST on some better specimens, causing this die to technically be a tripled die.
An interesting multiple doubled die that includes a bar under the L of LIBERTY, a doubled eyelid wide to the south, and a minor spread on the 93 of the date. In addition, this die is coupled with 1936P-1DR-007, a moderate to strong class 6 reverse die.
Class II spread is seen on the outside of the R & S in TRUST as well as 193 in the date. An anomaly on the outside 6 might be related. An earlier die state might show additional doubling.
A close spread can be seen on the date and motto. NOTE: There are several similar dies for this date. Markers are ultimately the safest way to tell which variety you may have.

A minor spread to the center of the die can be seen on the 937 of the date, and on the RTY of LIBERTY. There may be a very light spread on the motto, but it was not visible on the specimen examined.

This doubled die shows a very nice class 6 spread in the date, on LIBERTY, and in the motto. Separation shows in the tail of the 9 in the date. Markers do not match 1937S-1DO-001.
This die is very similar to 1937S-1DO-002 in that it shows some nice extra thickness on the date, LIBERTY, and motto. The exception is that the mintmark is in a slightly different position and the markers are all different.
