Obverse: Die crack from rim through 30 of the date. Die cracks running up the tail of 9 and the middle of the 3. Die crack from lapel across shoulder to rim. Light die crack on the U in TRUST.

Reverse: Old nearly vertical die scratches around the C in CENT along with a die crack on the C. Die cracks on U of UNITED and the left wheat to rim. Die cracks on the second S in STATES and the right wheat to rim. Die crack lower T in CENT. Reverse is LDS.
