Obverse: Light N-S die scratches in front of profile. Numerous NW-SE die scratches on the side of the head NW from the eye. Heavy die scratches around entire perimeter, especially between the rim and the date, Lin LIBERTY and the motto. Obverse is EDS

Reverse: Die scratches run parallel to the left wheat stem. A heavy die scratch between the rim and the upper right wheat stem. Numerous light die scratches throughout the motto.
