Die Notes

An interesting multiple doubled die that includes a bar under the L of LIBERTY, a doubled eyelid wide to the south, and a minor spread on the 93 of the date. In addition, this die is coupled with 1936P-1DR-007, a moderate to strong class 6 reverse die.

Obverse: Die scratches run N-S through LIBE of LIBERTY. A die gouge (dot) above the Y of LIBERTY. Light die scratches in front of the profile.

Reverse: Primarily N-S die scratches on the right side of the reverse die with more prominent scratches between the T of CENT and the right wheat stalk. E-W die scratches through RIBUS of the motto. N-S die scratches through the UN of UNITED. Reverse is MDS.
